Products and orders
Our products are made to order. Please read the size chart, materials, fit notes and delivery information before buying. Screens differ, and all-over-print placement varies slightly between garments; that does not excuse a defect or a material difference from the description.
Please give accurate order and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any discounts are shown before payment. Orders do not enrol you in a subscription.
If we find a problem with availability, pricing or payment, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel and refund it as appropriate.
There is no guaranteed cancellation window once an order is placed. Contact us promptly if you need a change. Delivery estimates and delay remedies are explained in Shipping & Delivery; limited returns and covered problems in Returns, Refunds & Order Problems.
Checkout and reviews
Accounts are optional and guest checkout is always available. If you create one, keep your login secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Reviews can be left by verified purchasers. If you submit a review, please make it honest and relevant, without private contact details, spam, threats or unlawful content. We may moderate material of that kind, but we do not remove legitimate reviews for being negative. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on this website with your chosen display name, and to make necessary formatting changes. That is not blanket permission to use your identity or your words in unrelated marketing.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the site to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, access accounts without authorisation, or upload malicious material. Buying a garment does not grant a licence to reproduce its artwork commercially. Nothing here claims rights that do not exist in law.
Your protections, and getting hold of us
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@aethyrdancer.com if something is wrong so we can help. Using this store, or contacting us, does not waive your lawful payment-dispute rights.
Updated terms apply from when we publish them. A later change does not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
