Who we are
Aethyrdancer Designs is the storefront operated by Beltane AethyrWorks, a sole proprietorship. Write to support@aethyrdancer.com about privacy or your information. Our mailing address is on our Contact page.
Information we use
We collect what we need to run the store and provide what you ask for. Depending on how you use the site, that includes your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses and any contact details needed to fulfil your order; the items you ordered, payment and transaction references and status, shipping information and records of refunds or other resolutions; messages, photographs and other evidence you send us about a problem with an order; reviews you choose to publish and the display name attached to them; and limited technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser details, request and error logs, and shopping-session information.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. Please do not email card numbers or identity documents to our support inbox.
Why, and who else sees it
We use this information to take payment, make and deliver your order, provide support, prevent fraud, keep the website working, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Service providers process limited information to do their jobs: payment processing; website hosting, security and backups; email delivery and inbox services; and shipping. Our support mailbox forwards messages to another email service the proprietor uses, so both services handle those messages. These operational disclosures are not selling.
Our production partner receives only what is needed to make and fulfil your order and to deal with a problem: the items ordered, the recipient's name and delivery address, necessary delivery contact details, and any relevant claim evidence. Production and the related processing take place in China. Other providers may process information outside your state or country.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or protect legal rights. We do not use those grounds as a reason to disclose unrelated information.
Reviews you submit for publication are visible to other visitors. Please do not put your address, contact details or other private information in a public review.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies and similar storage for the things the shop cannot work without: your cart, checkout, login if you have an account, security, and remembering your choices.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, abandoned-cart tracking or any other optional tracking on this site. There is nothing optional to consent to, which is why you are not asked. If we ever add optional analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your agreement before it loads, with declining made exactly as easy as accepting.
We send you order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your support messages. We do not currently operate a marketing newsletter, and we do not send marketing text messages or abandoned-cart messages. If we start a newsletter, signing up will be optional, separate from buying anything, and never ticked on your behalf.
How long we keep things
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or for a legal obligation. Order and accounting records are kept after delivery for tax, fraud prevention and dispute reasons. An open dispute or a legal requirement can extend how long we keep the relevant records.
If you email us about a problem with an order, your message and anything attached to it stay in our support mailbox while we deal with it, and are removed when they are no longer needed. Records of the order itself, and of how a problem was resolved, are kept longer for tax and dispute purposes. We delete or anonymise information once it is no longer needed.
Your information and choices
Email support@aethyrdancer.com to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. We will explain anything we have to keep and comply with the requirements that apply to your request.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Where a change is material we will give appropriate notice, and obtain consent where that is required before using information in a materially different way.
